I want to give a big shout out to the service team at Darling’s Newport CDJR, especially Ryan and Lauren! They went above and beyond from start to finish on a tire issue I had. Lauren started the ball rolling by giving all of the details to Ryan the Service Manager, and followed up with me to make sure I knew the issue was being worked on. Ryan took over by contacting me multiple times to go over my options via email and phone, incredible follow up on his part that you rarely see. When Ryan went on vacation, Andy and Brian took over keeping in touch with me on the progress. I truly am grateful and appreciate everyone’s help. I highly recommend the service department at Darling’s Newport CDJR!

I stopped by Darling's with no appointment after hitting a boulder and feeling the damage made the car unsafe to drive. They put it on a lift and did a livestream video of them assessing the damage. They then took me all the way to Bangor to pick up my rental car. They have gone above and beyond every step of the way with kindness and professionalism. I can't sing their praises enough!

I have had to deal with the service center a lot in the last 2 years. This is a heads up to anyone dealing with the service dept because they bring the information to you and explain very very quickly so that you have agreed to something or you are expecting repairs done but they talk so fast and they know you missed most of what they said because they meant that to happen. The whole process for repairs under extended warranties is ridiculously sketchy. Everyone needs to sure they read EVERYTHING MORE THAN 3 TIMES AND GET READY FOR THE SMOOTH TALKING THAT WILL LEAVE YOU WITH A USELESS WARRANTY AND NO REPAIRS. PEOPLE FEEL VIOLATED AFTER DEALING WITH THAT PLACE.

Purchased a truck from darlings and have had numerous issues with it. Currently it has been in the shop more than I have had it in my possession. I try to contact the dealer via phone call leaving messages and via email and get no return phone call. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and wanting to have the opportunity for repeat customers.

My boyfriend bought a certified used jeep from this dealership in May of 2024 WITH a warranty. The vehicle had previous work done to it.oil cooler replaced and new radiator. This vehicle has had coolant issues continually since it was purchased. It has been brought back twice with out anyone figuring out what's wrong with it. It's STILL not fixed and they want me to pay for work they have done in sum of $300.00. Vehicles is STILL there and I don't know when I'm picking it up due to it not being fixed. I am supposed to be driving this and obviously im NOT.

My 2022 Ram has been in for repair for over two months now and still is not fixed. This started as a top end engine rebuild that has now developed into a cylinder mis fire issue that they have yet been able to diagnose. A problem the truck did not have when I dropped it off but seems to be a result of the engine rebuild work they did. Every time I follow up with them I get the same response of nothing really new for updates or checking with engineering. Super frustrating to have this happening at a dealership with no answers yet.

I took my friend into Darlings to buy a new vehicle. She picked out a 2024 jeep wrangler. She had a great experience with Olivia Rogers. The finance department was just as helpful. Would recommend her and the finance department to anyone.

Bought my car a little over a year ago from Brian and I couldn't love it more! Every time I go in for service or with my husband he asks how I am and if I'm still enjoying the car. He's always happy to help where he can or get me to the right person when he can't.
There was an incident shortly after purchasing my car with another rep and after bringing it to Brian both he and the owner called me to apologize and follow up. He always makes everything right, even after the sale is completed!
