I simply asked for a small trim and they started trimming my hair with buzzers??? I didn’t notice until I got home and was brushing out my hair that they gave me a buzzed bald spot on the back of my head. I cannot believe this..

Emily is fantastic. My daughter refuses to go anywhere else to get her hair all colored up. It's always fantastic !
