Staff and everyone at this branch are wonderful, however the ATM is very rarely working when it is needed!

Had to wait on the phone for over an hour on hold. Then got a very angry and not pleasantly speaking person on the phone... Switching to Bangor savings.

I applied for a loan, it was denied. a different load was recommended. I called the man 8 times, asking to pursue that option and he never would return me calls..
