IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, I TRIED TO GET GAS, CIGS AND A DRINK. I SAID I WANTED TO SPEND $35 AND HANDED HER $40 THEN I ASKED FOR THE $5 BACK AND SHE SAID I ONLY GAVE HER $35 WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE ON HER PART. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY THAT I WOULD NEED TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO GET MY $5 BACK TO PROVE I GAVE HER TWO 20 DOLLAR BILLS. WHOEVER SHE IS DESERVES TO BE FIRED FOR HER CARELESSNESS AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. I WENT THERE AT 5:50 PM ON MONDAY, WAS SO ANGRY THAT I DIDNT ASK HER NAME.

Just called not to long ago, asking to place an order for a pizza. Got an attitude from the lady at the register, so she hands the phone off, can clearly hear her tell the deli lady the phone was her issue, deli lady picks up, asked one question at a time, major attitude, and then was like "K you're done" to me, hands the phone to cashier, and says "what a waste of time" will not be coming back, never had a place be so disrespectful about wanting to order food, especially considering they have a deli at which, making food is their ONE job. So disappointed. The food quality has gone down, badly, but considering no one else with better food does food to order on Sundays, I settled. Will not return

Short handed, which I get AND UNDERSTAND. BUT to be RUDE, flat out rude, is unacceptable. Worker. Pumps lacking receipt paper, so rather than filling up and taking stress off counter, (which she could do) shes forcing everyone to enter, stand in line to get receipt. I said "someone should fill the receipts". She snarky said "That's hard to do when you are the only one here" and walked off. HEY, it would be easier ON YOU. AND YOU WERE NOT alone, there was AT least one other person. I have ALWAYS gone here vs Irving or Bears, but really, to be that snarky and rude? No need. How about "I am sorry, we have been trying, just cant get a break to actually do it."How about the OWNER/Manager step up a bit and help. ? I know staffing is hard, but being rude doesn't help anyone.

I called to order a breakfast pizza at 8:35 a.m. the person taking the order seemed very unsure if they could make a pizza. They open at 6 a.m in the deli this is the second time this has happened. The also seem like you are putting them out if you ask for pizza at anytime. They need a cook?
