Phenomenal service, Taylor H is a legend that went above an beyond for me, and lead me down a path that will assure my continual buisness with Verizon. Stoped in the Newport store, In from NJ with a broken phone. Jesse helped us out with no issues. Upgraded our plan, and took the time to explain all the changes. We got back to NJ to bring back my broken phone and check out a watch, that unfortunately Newport store didn't have. Because Newport is not a corporate store, the store here in NJ would not take the phone. They wouldn't even call customer, they would only connect me to customer service, who was trying to get me to trade in my new phone to the corporate store. What a mess. Until I called Jesse in Newport, he called customer service, who is sending me a box and shipping label to send my broken phone back.
Anyone need phone help, see Jesse in Newport. Down to earth, really nice, and likes pizza!

Excellent excellent excellent sales people in this store. Jesse and Matt are amazing to work with. I did experience a long wait time during one visit, but it was no fault of the employees. If you need a new phone, have questions about your existing phone or need accessories go visit these guys. They’re worth it.
