Grand Summit Hotel offers a beautiful location and stunning building, ideal for both winter and summer activities such as skiing, hiking, and tubing. However, many guests find the hotel does not meet their expectations given the high prices. Rooms are clean but outdated, often described as small and crowded, with some featuring Murphy beds. Guests have noted issues with the front desk service, citing unhelpful staff and problems with lost items. The restaurant has a limited menu and mixed reviews on food quality. While some guests appreciated special touches for occasions like anniversaries, others expressed disappointment in the overall experience, particularly regarding the lack of upgrades for timeshare guests. Amenities such as the gym, sauna, heated outdoor pool, and jacuzzi received positive feedback, but the bar hours were considered too early. Overall, while the hotel has great potential with its location and facilities, many reviews highlight inconsistencies in service and room quality that could detract from the stay.
The staff and service is amazing! I wanted to give a special shout out to Robert at the front desk for making our first wedding anniversary extra special ❤️

Ski resort with restaurant in beautiful location for fall sightseeing. The restaurant has a good breakfast bar and made a delicious buffet for our bus tour.

Very pricey for the quality. The Murphy bed was a joke. Limp pillows and worn out matress. Tub/shower didn't drain. Bathroom is very awkward as door nearly hits commode. Hear lots of noise from other floors, banging, walking, shutting doors when it wasn't even very busy.
