“They're really nice here, which is why I gave 4 stars. Always very nice and helpful but they're under staffed or something. It always takes SO long if there's ever anyone there as a customer. Also, I've never worked at a bank, so I'm not totally sure but I've worked other jobs serving the public and usually you get through your customers in line, especially when it's a long line, before going and helping the customers who need more lengthy things done. Once I finally get up there it's literally like 1 min and I'm done, so it just really sucks to have to wait 10-25 mins for something that's going to take less then 1.”

“Good location. I don't like the setup for only having the exit on Central Ave and having to go down and around to get to the entrance. Someone needed to and still needs to better devise the entrances to this branch.”
“Great customer service. My daughter opened up a checking account and they took her outside and showed her how to make deposits through the ATM as well as walked her through mobile deposits. ATM/debit card was issued to her that day. I highly recommend Marcel and Scott at the branch!!!”

“In the years I've been going to this branch, I've always had good service. Today, Sherrelle helped me with a problem I was having. I thought it was going to be a hassle to get it fixed (a problem that was not KSB's fault), but she helped me quickly and was lovely to talk to.
I've also had a LOT of documents notarized here over the years and I appreciate that service a lot.”

“Recently opened accounts, CD, Money market and checking account. Our bank we have had for 26 years could not help us with what we wanted to do. Rachelle and Sandy were great. Only been a week but it has gone smooth. We ran a family business in another state for 50 years and Citizens was our bank. We were glad to get back in touch with them again. After our transactions were done, Rachelle made a point to introduce us to the bank manager, nice touch. Hope it works out.”

“I've been banking at Kennebunk Savings Bank for many years. In fact, if my memory is serving me correctly, my original banking with KSB had to be in Kennebunk. Now, with their online access to accounts and it seeming like I pass a branch no matter where I go, I can't imagine a better place to bank locally. Tellers, managers and customer support have always been friendly and helpful. The only issue I've had with KSB is trying out their new credit card. It's unfortunate that they have put their name on something that they cannot manage and is not connected to their online services. I closed my account within the 1st week of rude, unhelpful mismanagement by Elan Financial Services. The good news is that I no longer have to endure a service that doesn't even remotely match my past experiences with Kennebunk Savings Bank.”
