You want to close at 5 on Sunday? I agree with you. It sucks you should have to be working that late on Sunday at all. But UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE with that info! Because even MAINE MED thinks you’re open until six, if you don’t post otherwise. Hence how I’m screwed out of my meds that I got prescribed late on a Sunday, that they chose to have filled at THAT PHARMACY, because your hours were listed as open. Be open whenever you want. BUT STATE YOUR DAMN HOURS ACCURATELY. What’s another night in pain with no sleep? I’d love to.

Very poor experience with the pharmacy here. The PCP had sent a prescription into this store twice yet the pharmacy could not find the order. I called the PCP and they tried to call but was on hold for over 30 mins before hanging up. They told me to ask them to call her. The sales rep behind the pharmacy counter said he was working the whole desk himself and could not call the doctor’s office. He did not have time even though I had explained this prescription was time sensitive. I will not be doing business with CVS again .

Woman over the phone confirmed they had my prescription in stock before I had my doctor call In. When I called them to check on the status of my prescription they informed me that It was not actually in stock.

Small store with nice staff that is eager to help. Lots of good sales, coupons, and rewards. Availability can be a problem with some items. Pharmacy is good. Photo dept. is convenient and timely. Store sell plants, toys, candy, and seasonal items that make great, easy gifts. CVS Care Pass is genius. Customer subscribes for $5/mo and gets $10/mo credit on their account. Great way to get people through the doors.

I feel like no one enjoys going to the pharmacy but I have had a great experience with everyone working here and really appreciate their attitude and willingness to help. :) 10/10

Love shopping at the CVS in WINDHAM MAINE. Associates are always helpful and friendly! Love being an Extra Care Member!!! Very affordable!

I'm not even going to say "it should not", because it DOES NOT take 30 minutes to put pills in a bottle.

Just drove hour to pick up my prescriptions, just to find out the Pharmacy department is closed. They text you about every day, but can’t text you to let you know that you can’t pick up your prescriptions?

I've used them for years for my RXs, even throughout the pandemic and never had issues. Now when I need to get them on the phone they just don't answer. This isn't during lunch hours either. I've tried different times of day too. Not pleased.

There’s one pharmacist with blonde hair there who is downright nasty and rude, acts like you are inconveniencing her every time you need a prescription. I’ve seen her act quite judgmental towards another customer who needed pain medication, which is bad etiquette in my opinion. I’m sure she knows who she is. Why work there if you hate your job, can’t do it properly, and won’t treat customers with respect? Poor excuse for a pharmacist.

Their automatic renewal on meds doesn't allow for contacting the doctor when there are no refills. By the time CVS notifies me that the doctor has not responded, and I must contact my doctor, over a week has gone by, and I've run out of my meds. The pharmacist is always unsympathetic and doesn't care to make any effort to fix the problem. Any phone calls to CVS have 30 minute wait times, but if you go into the store in person you get no help that way either, so it's a wasted trip. There is no personal concern like what you get at a Community Pharmacy, and sometimes I really h---- this company.

This use to be a great pharmacy but wow has it gone down hill. My dr sent in a prescription for me 8 days ago and it’s still saying “in process” Usually you get your prescriptions in just a couple hours, not anymore! Forget about calling they don’t answer the phone! I’ve tried calling I was on hold for 32 minutes then 27 minutes. The next day another call on hold for 28 minutes. I hung up and called the store section I explained what was happening. I was told they are not answering the phones. They are taking care of customers that are here! My daughter was so frustrated with them she took hers and her family’s prescriptions out of there and gone to another pharmacy. Bring back the way it use to be. More than a week for medications is just too much!
