Too bad I won't be shopping there much as the traffic in Gray makes it impossible to visit the store in the morning between the hours of 7 AM and 10 Am I only live about
4.5 miles away, but takes over a half hour to get there I can now drive to Windham in half the time , and despite adding parking there is little due to the fact folks can' park straight”

“Hannaford is one of our go-to grocery stores. It’s clean, easy to shop, and they usually have everything we need in one trip. The produce is fresh, shelves are well stocked, and the layout makes sense so you’re not wandering around forever.
The staff has always been friendly and checkout is quick, even when it’s busy. Prices feel reasonable and the store brand stuff is actually pretty good quality.
Overall just a solid, dependable grocery store that makes shopping easy.”
“I was having a problem with refilling my medication-back and forth from the docts. office to pharmacy because the directions were not written correctly + insurance would not cover it (what a mess).During my last conversation I was lucky enough to speak with Autumn who took the time to call my docts. office and straitened everything out. She even called me back to let me know it was all taken care of and when my prescription would be ready for pick up. Great customer service is hard to find these days and for this I am grateful.Thank you”
“This has got to be the nicest pharmacy I have EVER been to and as a OTR truck driver, I’ve been to a lot. We are tourists from out of state and I had an issue with my insulin and the pharmacist and tech were able to help me and I was on my way to continuing enjoying my vacation! Thank y’all so much!!”
“Small store with nice staff that is eager to help. Lots of good sales, coupons, and rewards. Availability can be a problem with some items. Pharmacy is good. Photo dept. is convenient and timely. Store sell plants, toys, candy, and seasonal items that make great, easy gifts. CVS Care Pass is genius. Customer subscribes for $5/mo and gets $10/mo credit on their account. Great way to get people through the doors.”

The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and locate products. One area for improvement could be to enhance the checkout process, as it felt a bit slow at times due to limited open registers. Overall, it was a positive experience!”

“I've been to bad pharmacies (Walmart) but this isn't it. I feel bad for all the bullies picking on the employees here. If a script isn't ready it's because the doctor has to approve it but the techs are always available during business hours to give a status check (just press 0) . They've always been friendly, helpful and polite here and quick to fix anything. I can't say the same for the customers standing at the counter harassing them, shame on you people.”
