When I was growing up, Staples was a popular place to go. The smell and atmosphere will always be a bit nostalgic. However, that is where the appeal ends for me.Looking at the prices, I was astounded. The most shocking realization I made at Staples was the planner selection- the same exact brands sold at Walmart up the road, for double the cost.I had been searching for a refill pack for my pens, which I bought there, but shortly after successfully purchasing them there a couple times, they did not restock them. They are a common brand (Sharpie S Gel)- perhaps I had poor timing for my visits. I went to Walmart to purchase the pens instead, as again, they are cheaper for the same product.The staff there is helpful, but can take a while to get to the register. It seems that there are not many people working at any given time, maybe 2 per shift, and it is a large store to maintain. However, they are friendly and help you find products.If you have a business, they have reliable signage printing, delivery, and other related things you may need. Their prices for business purchases are generally fair. As a lone consumer though, I cannot say the same, and just go to Walmart or order online for cheaper.

Recently taking on a part time job from home, I needed to set up my workspace to display my laptop to a larger screen, connect a phone, and connect everything to our modem in the next room. I got to Stapes a frazzled mess - but Isaac saved the day, and my sanity. He took the time to answer ALL my questions, and helped me find everything I needed - and walked me through how to get everything set up with my MacBook, which is really out of my wheelhouse. He was so patient and friendly. When I left, another customer was asking for him by name lol, which tells me this wasn't a one time occurrence. Thank you, Isaac, for saving me today!!!!!!!

Bought a laptop from here. There is a promotion where you get the laptop, virus software and have them set it up for you and you get a discount. Was led to believe it would be ready the next day. Went to get it. No laptop. Was told it's not ready there's no tech to set it up. I said a phone call would have been nice. The attitude from the manager was a bit rude.we call when it's ready was his response. Again this is not what I was led to believe. So after about an hour driving time, I have contacted corporate to find out about getting a refund. I'll buy a computer elsewhere. I gave 2 stars because the other associates where friendly. I doubt I'll shop this location again.

Several of the workers here are unhappy and clearly do not like their job or are very frustrated with the tasks of it. A lot of customer service retraining is needed here from management down the the clerks in the copy center. Very disappointed. Was gonna have some party invitations and posters made up here but I walked out and went to the Maine Mall location instead where they are more helpful.

Employee at the drop off desk had no idea about UPS Sure post. This is not a new concept, it's been around for a year. We have had a lot of problems with it, if you scan the post office label it's not accepted. So she had to get a manager because no one taught her how to do something that's been used for a YEAR?? If you drop your mercari UPS packages here, make sure they're scanning it properly.

I was recently at your place of business and was very rudely treated by Mike, the manager! This is appalling from management!! He had NO patience and should never be allowed to associate with the customer. As someone who has worked with the public all my life, I was embarrassed for the store and the good employees. Good luck running a business with no people skills. The other employees were very pleasant and he could learn from them.

Staples has great staff and excellent management. Always have what I need and employees actually want to help unlike most box store locations.

By far the worst thing about this store is the customer service. It's so bad that the employees talk you OUT of deals.I've had 2 experiences where they could've landed an easy $500-$600 purchase, but completely missed the mark, either on purpose or out of their own incompetence. It doesn't help that they fail to answer basic tech questions.
