I struggle with the lack of professionalism at this practice. But I might be negatively biased because the second sentence I heard at this practice was, “Oh I can’t, I’m so allergic to cats. So is the vet you’re about to see, I think he takes allergy medicine.” ?I’ve left messages (x2) that don’t get returned. I’ve been put on hold and forgotten. I’ve been told “I’m so sorry, can I please call you back” and not gotten a call back.Currently frustrated that I had a request submitted for vet authorization on the 20th, and the office didn’t respond. Don’t know if this is related to the poor organization, or pettiness because I’m not using their kickback pharmacy. Now I have to get the authorization and upload it, causing additional delay.

I stopped by to purchase Revolution Plus for my cat. The wait was very brief, staff were really professional and helpful and quickly took care of my needs as well as providing information regarding future care for my pet.

We have always had a positive experience at Blake Veterinary Hospital. Whether we are getting care for our dogs or boarding them the service is outstanding. Our dogs are well cared for by staff. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their pets taken care of competently.

We needed emergency vet services while traveling and this was the only vet after calling about 7 of them, that was open and able to help squeeze us in. You can see the relief on my pups face afterwards (especially when we left with a tennis ball), and everyone that we interacted with was incredibly helpful, kind, and put my mind at ease.Cricket and I can't thank you enough!!

I was very anxious about having to board my 2 dogs for the first time. One of my dogs has trust issues with strangers but the staff was so reassuring and knowledgeable about how to deal with this that that put my mind at ease and I have been back 2 more times.The Canine Inn is emaculate and inviting. There is only a small number of kennels so to me that means ‘Less dogs-more attention given! My only suggestion would be to have the option to pick up the dogs on Sunday so as to avoid paying for an unnecessary stay. Overall great experience!

We boarded our dog for one night at the canine inn. It all went well. We were a bit worried since this would be her first time without us but it all worked out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for treating Koda well.

Got in for a last minute gland expression while in town. Super friendly and good with my dog. He seemed to like all the staff, quick and painless!

This vet was happy to take my $500 and recommend even more tests. Apparently he couldn't tell my cat was at death's door. She barely moved after I got her home, and she was clearly in distress. I took her back the next day to be put down after spending the morning trying to find a different vet. No luck. So another $300 to Blake. Be careful about his fees. The staff, while otherwise friendly and competent, were cagey about estimates ahead of time. "I'll check on that for you," they said, and never did--multiple times, on the phone and in person. I finally got one woman to say "a couple of hundred dollars." Five is not a couple. The worst part of the experience was that he wasn't up-front about my cat's condition. Her behavior, and the amount of weight she'd lost? He should have known, and if he didn't he's a lousy vet. Take your choice: greedy or lousy. Stay away from this guy.
