About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service at the Norway Post Office on Main Street has received a mix of reviews highlighting both positive experiences and areas for improvement. The in-house staff, including mail clerks and the Postmaster, are praised for their efficiency, attentiveness, and friendliness. Customers appreciate the staff's willingness to help resolve issues, demonstrating strong communication values. However, some concerns exist regarding the high cost of PO Boxes, which some feel is unjustified compared to other locations. Additionally, there are complaints about the physical condition of the Post Office, specifically the front steps, which are in disrepair and pose safety risks. While most customers report satisfactory service with their mail and packages, some express frustration with the automated customer service system, finding it ineffective. Overall, the Norway Post Office is regarded as a reliable service with dedicated staff, but improvements in pricing and facility maintenance are needed.

I hate USPS. I hate it when UPS or FedEx Transfers to USPS for final delivery. I always get it late or they lose it. Just stick to delivering mail and leave the packages to the pros.

Hey, can we get someone who will deliver anything? Haven't received mail for the last month!

Post office decided to close early today. No notice, except the sign saying they'd be back at 1: 15pm from lunch. I don't know any other business where you just make up your own hours, leave your doors unlocked, and just not help anybody with no signs up.
