I just wanted to say and make it known the technician Melinda was either coming back from break or just showing up to her shift and the FIRST thing she did was acknowledge me which is way more then Jade and Robin did. I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins rang the bell and Jade and Robin couldn’t even be bothered to look in my direction horrible customer service at least a 1 minute sign would have been nice I get your short staffed and over worked but please don’t take that out on your customers so thank you Melinda for helping me and being kind you truly showed customer appreciation you were polite to my toddler in the back seat who was over waiting. Walgreens please know it’s the Melinda’s who make our experience better and the reasons we come back. One person made this negative review positive and that’s why I give you 4 stars. Also sorry to Melinda because of her coworkers actions a huge line was formed which I’m sure she is still dealing with.

Impossible to speak to someone in the pharmacy. 30+ minute hold times to speak to a human, once you do they put you on hold and a few minutes later the call drops. Unbelievably frustrating.

This place has pretty d*** people working here. I got Covid tested two days ago. My wife had to take time out from work in order to take me mid day. I do my test, no problem. I get a call a half hour after I get home telling me that they gave me the wrong Covid test. I signed up for the 72 hour test (which is more accurate) and they gave me the 24 hour one instead. I go back and get the right now. I asked over the phone and in person if I would get the results for both tests. I was told yes by two different people. I call today after not getting any results for the 24 hour test. They said they had no record of that first test. Which means they broke federal law in discarding the test without notice to me and by improperly handling of the swab in general. Guess what pharmacy I'm reporting to the CDC?

I called Walgreens to refill an older prescription. Our last refill was 1.5 years ago. The tech was very nice and said they had no record of it. I spoke with the pharmacist who said the same thing. I said, that's strange as I was picking it up there for over a year. I was confused but not rude. He hung up. The pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never mind the fact that i find it unbelievable that they have NO record a prescription we picked up EVERY month for over a year. I will never use them again.

The store itself is fine, pleasant staff and helpful. But the Pharmacy is a whole different issue. I understand it’s not an issue of the employees the issue lies with Walgreens and it’s take over of Riteaid. Since the take over this pharmacy is impossible. Lines are long, staff are over worked and and prescriptions are often not ready in a timely manner. After today’s encounter I don’t think I’ll be using Walgreens pharmacy going forward. Pretty sad, I’ve been a Walgreens customer since the day this store opened.

now that they took over rite aid the pharmacy has gone to hell they used to be really good and now I am having the worst experience ever and wish I could change pharmacies

Since Walgreens took over Rite Aid, the service at this store is horrible. It was never great to begin with. Everyone is disgusted and looking to find another option.
