“I was in the middle of a 6 hour trip when my engine was about to overheat. After going to the VIP in Waterville (they were too busy but also helpful) I was sent to this location. The guys were so kind and they were able to take care of my car issue. They showed me what piece needed replacement and kept me updated with price and progress throughout. For it being a stressful situation they set my mind at ease and were so wonderful and helpful. I’m so grateful for the entire experience from start to finish!”
“Bob Van Gorden was great to work with while I was buying my Rav4. He called me right back and sent me information and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to let me test drive a Rav4 and even the Rav I wanted to buy. He had all the paperwork ready and explained everything. About two days after I bought the Rav I have a question about the mode functions. So, I sent him a text and within a few minutes he responded with an answer. “Went here because car was making a noise when turning and saw grease near the front CV joint. Was on vacation with the family and just wanted to make sure I could make it back home with out it seizing on the Maine turnpike. I explained my situation they put it on the lift and checked it. Even took it for a test drive. They then let me know it looked ok and to get it checked out when I got back home. They didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t even take money for their time. Highly recommend them to my family and friends that are local.”
