“Very nice location. Changing rooms across from working, high pressured showers. Lockers are nice. Working equipment (I run on the elypical) all running and although appeared like the older models, functioned like new. Huge stretchy area with stretchy rack that DOESN'T sway or shake like some lol. Friendly and helpful staff. Five broccoli haired generation kids were huddled all in the larger changing room... dry taking pre-work out and sharing the side effects of the caffeine like it was a narcotic or something ? why this new generation acts so strangely is beyond me ?”

“Very clean, great selection of equipment/machines, and it's never packed or overly busy. Whenever I go in the evening, there's usually only one or two other people there which is great for anyone who doesn't like working out in front of other people. Definitely a great spot for beginners and long-time lifters alike. 10/10 recommend!”
