“The Vet did a great job with Benny for his first visit. They were kind and courteous and attentive. The surroundings were very clean. We enjoyed our first visit also. Our questions were answered quite fully.”

“We have gone here a few times so far with at least two of our cats (we have 8 of them so sometimes details are hard to recall). We first tried calling vets in our own area but they either weren't taking new pets or were scheduling months in advance. So we drive farther to get to Lakeside, but we are satisfied with them. The appointments haven't been too far in the future and we have liked the people we have spoken to so far. They are observing pandemic protocols, which are fine with me. You wait outside and let them know you are there, and someone comes out to talk to you and get your critter. Then an assistant or even the doctor comes out to talk to you. We needed a prescription for insulin for our Sunny Jim, and it was easy to arrange through Chewy.com. I can edit this review at a later date if I need to add details about the quality and cost of care over a longer term, but we are satisfied now and don't expect to be disappointed later. At this point I wouldn't even switch to one of the local vets if they got less busy.”

“They are concerned for my pet. I find them very competent they are up to date on any of Brenna's situation, I would recommend them. I don't like it but understand the reason for not being let into the facility when I bring her in. The girl's are always glad to see her. She is my life.”

“I brought my dog in the other day. It was our first time here. Dr. Z and Renee thank you so much. I have not had a vet sit with me and explain in detail what is going on with my boy. They did not make me feel rushed one bit. They answered every question I had with no judgment. Thank you so much! And Renee helped me so much! She brought everything to me, took my payment from the room and even helped walk my dog to my car so I could push the stroller (my dog is not the best on a leash and is a Great Dane mix….) Im so glad that we decided to switch vet offices. Y’all are amazing.”
