  Room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Staff was super friendly. Smoking area was pretty basic and exposed to weather, but at least smoking areas are offered. Sauna was out of order while we were there, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

  Went here for our Anniversary getaway. The room we had was a great size we were very impressed. Love the jacuzzi tub in the room. Location was great many restaurants around especially my favorite (Beachfire Grille). We will definitely be coming back.

  Nice place, great room with jacuzzi, friendly staff, good location, great price. Didn't get to use the indoor pool but it looked nice.

  So looked at the resort I liked it I recently entered drawing they said I won and just have to attend 60 seminar and would get lot of free stuff after how true is this I just don't want to drive all the way up there for nothing I'm probably not gonna be signing up fpr time share but definitely enjoy the freebies they said plus free night to stay at the resort I just don't want to get all the way up there and they have or say u have to pay something first can anyone let me know

  Great room for the price. Pull out couch. King bed in room. Kitchenette with a variety of appliances at your disposal. A 10-15 minute walk from beach and about a half hour to the center. Really enjoyed our time here. Columbus Day weekend 2025 for reference.

  Two years ago, I was fresh out of college, full of hope, and in a relationship I thought would last forever. I won a “free” hotel stay — all I had to do was attend a promotional meeting. That’s how they rope you in. That’s how I got conned.
  Enter Michael Harty, the smooth-talking salesman who preyed on our love of travel and our naivety. He pitched a dream: “vacation ownership,” luxury getaways, international travel for a fraction of the price, endless availability, and a magical booking portal through RCI that would give us the world. Spoiler alert: NONE of that turned out to be true.
  Here’s the reality:
  * Their New England stays never have availability, which I was told would be easy to book.
  * The website travel website, RCI, is a dysfunctional nightmare, full of empty promises.
  * In TWO YEARS, I’ve only used it TWICE. Yet I’m throwing $400/month down the drain for absolutely nothing.
  * When my boyfriend and I broke up, I tried to cancel. They said I couldn’t. Period.
  * I tried to split it, as Michael Harty claimed I’d be able to if we broke up. They said I’d have to buy the entire thing out first — over $13,000.
  * Now I’m stuck. A young woman with student loan debt, ambitions to go back to school, and a massive financial burden strapped to my back for NOTHING.
  They sold me lies. They played on my emotions, my relationship, my dreams. And now I’m paying for their manipulation every single month. I feel sick every time I think about it. The guilt and frustration is overwhelming. This is NOT just a bad purchase — it’s a straight-up scam dressed in resort photos and false promises.
  If you're reading this, DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
No matter how appealing the presentation seems. No matter how convincing the salesperson sounds.
It’s all smoke and mirrors.
  This timeshare company has stolen my money, my peace of mind, and my ability to move forward financially. I wouldn’t wish this stress on anyone.

  We were very pleased with the room &, service at the resort. Kitchen is very limited by law, but they gave us what they could to make quick meals. Clean, friendly. A little far for walking into town for older folks

  Great resort, within walking distance to the Footbridge Beach.

  Could not use the pool. There was a note on the jacuzzi to not use that either. The coffee pot had a used filter with coffee grounds in it. At 6am they decided to pressure wash the outside of the room we were in with a gas pressure washer. It was loud.

  We deeply regret ever getting involved with this timeshare. Despite reaching out to cancel our account, we were told there’s “nothing they can do” as long as we have a balance. This feels completely unfair, especially considering the amount of money we’ve already paid—more than enough to justify letting us walk away. To make matters worse, we’ve never even been able to use the timeshare. Not once.
  
  This entire experience has left us feeling swindled by what can only be described as professional thieves. They lure you in with promises, but when it comes to customer service or doing the right thing, they’re nowhere to be found.
