. Kevin’s ability to listen to our needs /wants and knowledge of the area is outstanding. A broker that listens to the client and executes a plan accordingly is unheard of these days. Kevin came to open houses and answered our endless questions throughout the search and buying process. The closing walk thru, he checked all the appliances as well as the heating /cooling system to check the operational capacity. Kevin Richard was our listing agent when we sold our house and also our buyer’s agent when we searched for and bought our new home.
