Jennifer is a terrific instructor. My perfect summer is arriving at the beach at 7:30. Listening to the sea, feeling the sunshine and stretching and moving for an hour is an incredible start to my day.

Beach yoga was awesome. We were visiting the ogonquit area and made a point to get up every morning for beach yoga at 7:30. It was the perfect way to start the day- beautiful scenery and great class. Jennifer was awesome! We will definitely ve back!!
