We had a great experience at the Grand Hotel. The rooms were spacious and the property was well maintained. We had our 3 kids and they loved the pool and hot tub area. It’s a quick walk down to Perkins cove and to marginal way. The daily coffee was great as well! Highly recommend.

The hotel is a charming old-school hotel. The rooms are nothing fancy, but are spacious (plenty of room for my wife and I and a 2 year old). They have coffee and tea, but no food/restaurant on the premises. They have an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub (didn't try these myself, but they looked fine). They also have some nice out lounge areas on decks on the first and second floor that people can use to enjoy a glass of wine while the weather is nice. It was in the perfect location to walk North to the beach or South to Perkins Cove, and there is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel.

Awesome staff, super clean rooms, close to quaint town with shops, restaurants and an amazing beach. Oh, did I mention how clean this hotel is. Hot tub and pool are great too. Beds are comfy and suites are large with great shower heads.

Very nice hotel - pool and jacuzzi still open in off season which was a nice touch and room was very well sized.
A really nice touch was that they have a big book of all the restaurant menus in the area for if you want to go out

Average clean hotel. Great walking location to Perkins cove. Thin walls and no windows except one slider in the bedroom. Clean, mini kitchen, has what you need for a reasonable price.

This place is a hidden gem in Ogunquit. Steer clear of all the beach resorts; this is the place to be! We’ve been coming here for 14 years now - the rooms are always clean, the service is always friendly, and the value can’t be beat! Book room 301 for a penthouse with a birds eye view of Shore Road.

What a little gem! We were on the way to Northern Maine for the Total Solar Eclipse and booked this hotel on the day of our stay. I was so pleased with the rooms being extremely nice and clean. All rooms entrances are interior and it really feels like a luxurious place. Also our kids got occupied with some games and books that were on the shelf in the hallway.
Rooms: The room was super clean and well maintained.
