I travel to OOB/Saco several times a year, and always stop at this station for gas. The lovely daughter of the owner has always been so friendly and kind! However, on my last visit. I had my dog and my friends dog and was returning from the beach. A very surly and rude elderly man pumped gas and was very opinionated about the barking of friend's dog. I know it can be very irritating, but when someone is paying you money andI also always tip, it is unacceptable! I regret to inform you that I can no longer return. I have worked in health care and retail for MANY years, and know how difficult it can be, but... I thank those who were professional and beyond in times past.

We have been stopping by their store for the last three days stocking up on prepared sandwiches for trips to the beach. Excellent deal at $4 each, great ham and chicken salads. Last night had their cheese cake slices for dessert (yum). This morning started with big breakfast sandwiches (egg, sausage and cheese for me; egg and ham for my spouse) plus huge muffins! We have not tried the packaged dinners but the lasagna smelled awesome the other night. Great value and friendly staff! Wish I thought to take a picture of breakfast today but it was gone too soon!

My friend stopped to get air was heading back to Boston. Her tire was really low waited outside almost 15 minutes never came out horrible service. The guy pumping gas looks miserable.

An important "life lesson" is what the fabulous service department said. We had called everywhere for a flat tire while on a road trip. No one could help us for 3-5 days. We called here and they said, come on over...we had a repair and were out the door in less than 15 minutes. Life lesson....SHOP LOCAL!

This place had my car for 3 days and refused to call me for permission to work on it, until I called the initial day. The next two days were filled with excuses of not being able to look at it yet. Once again, no contact from them, so I had to call and find this out too. Finally, I call to just pick up the car and take it to another shop and they give me the biggest attitude, bragging on how they've been around for 47 years. Meanwhile the other shop I called, is fixing it now on the same day I brought it in. Don't be fooled everyone. They've been in this business for 47 years, because they have gas pumps. Not because of great service.

It is January, 2021. We are so far past the point people should be wearing masks it isn't even funny anymore. Went in here for gas and coffee. Their coffee is the weakest I've ever seen anywhere and nobody here seems to know how a mask works.

Don't go here they're rude and disrespectful. The guys pumping gas are awesome but the garage owners are non mask wearing diplorables .

Great family run business. Every year when we have vacationers they request Chry's . Fabulous Greek salads, Greek foods, clam chowder The owner is always so pleasant.

I'm a local (been here 20+ years) Because the person I had dealt with for many years left the huge corporate place I had been dealing with,I decided to try out a local Maine based garage. I had forgotten what customer service and fair treatment was like. The staff is very kind and Ron, the mechanic, was very knowledgeable and very fair. Not only do I recommend Mcdonalds, but will be a life long customer.
