Same old overpriced merchandise--now with propaganda, as you're paying for your merchandise. I can always find something there but I'm not sure I want to...I can't add the photos I took FROM THE SIDEWALK but it's all about the Orange Menace for whoever the owner is. There are worthier merchants with whom to do business.

As already mentioned in many other reviews, they overcharge. They overcharge you and pretend it was a mistake when you let them know. I have been there 3 times, I had 3 "mistakes". No exchange possible for a frisbee of the same model with a different color even if it's 30 seconds after the purchase.

I love this store and have visited many times over the years! This year however, I walk with a walker and it is wide as I am. I found it very difficult maneuvering down the aisles. Each one narrowed at one end. My walker would get wedged on displays and I finally had to give up, get help from another customer to unwedge the walker so I could just leave the building. So sad because I love going through this store and seeing all their merchandise! I did end up sending my friend in to pick up what I wanted to buy, so I still shopped, but it would have been nice to be able to do it myself.

Terrible Experience - Unsafe Products and Uncaring Staff
I recently purchased a wagon from Harold’s, and it ended up being a nightmare. The wagon collapsed while my daughter was using it, causing her to get injured. Naturally, I went back to the store to express my concerns, but the owner showed zero concern and bluntly told me it wasn’t his problem.
To make matters worse, the cashier, who gave off a really creepy vibe, told me to call the manufacturer instead. The lack of responsibility and customer care from this company is astonishing. My advice: stay away from Harold’s. They sell unsafe products and have absolutely no regard for their customers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE OR EVEN WALK BY THE STOREFRONT unless you want the owner to pretend he’s on phone but is really TAKING PICTURES of girls walking by leaving the beach. This owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shop somewhere else

Went today and got some souvenirs. It says “discount prices” but they actually are very expensive. Then, overcharged me $11. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but it adds up, when my bill was supposed to be $103.95 and was charged $114.95. Tax?? Doesn’t even add up to the difference… be careful and count up everything before leaving so they don’t scam you too

Very very cheap material!!!
This is the cheapest place for youth surfboards. But I have the impression that their stock is beyond old.
Even their jerseys displayed have faded colors.

the friendliness and service completely absent! The treatment of animals (hermit crabs) is truly indecent!! The souvenir shops go to the top of the street "old orchard st" the service and prices are better.

No service, no smile, no thanks or greetings, no bill and the stupid man at the cash register didn't tell me the amount, he just swiped my credit card after snatching it from me. hands. Meanwhile, he was saying insults in English as if I didn't understand.

Endroit a évité, employés et propriétaire désagréable, on ne comprend pas quand il parle, on demande de répéter, il te répond en criant avec un regard enragé, endroit a ne jamais acheté, un des pires service aux clients jamais vu, je ne suis pas le seul, ils engueulait d'autres clients en repassant devant le magasin plus tard. même une étoile c'est trop.

Went in there to look around . Nobody there . Saw to over sized lazy guys sitting on there phones. Wanted to buy a shot glass and I stood by the cashier for a couple minutes with the two lazy boys not even looking up. Put the shot glass down and walked out. I don't even think I was there. Way to run a business .
