“Had alot of great options for going more green. Please note going more green means paying more green. They had our tooth paste tablets we were ordering online. Plan to try their shampoo bars once i finish the ones i have. No receipt (which is green) however please verify your total. I think i was charged for more items then i purchased which is why i put 4 stars.”
“So many great places to shop at! UPS STORE, Shaw's, eat at lucky lodgers, do banking, access pet needs and much much more! There's so much you can do which is great for a community like downtown Saco and not too far from downtown Biddeford. If i bike from Bacon St. In Biddeford, I get to the SVSC In about 7-8 minutes. It's probably about a 20-25 minute walk.”
“I'm a little apprehensive to give such a positive review of this store for fear of ruining one of my favorites elements of it- it's hardly ever packed!! Don't get me wrong, people surely shop here, but it never feels like it's overly crowded like some of the other Hannaford locations in the area can. The store is always very clean and it has several self checkout registers. I actually drive past the Millcreek store to go over here because it's worth it to me.”
“Well, it's a strip mall. Parking lot was sufficient and not crowded, plenty of spaces. The stoplight to get in and functioned fine. The stores at this location all seemed nice, nothing raunchy or seedy.I have visited two of the stores at this strip mall.”
“The new Biddeford Bull Moose is awesome sauce! Love the layout, definitely want to go back and check out all the goodies again. The staff is super friendly, as I’ve come to expect from Bull Moose. A great addition to Biddeford Shoppes, hope they stay!”
“Buckdancer's Choice is an absolute gem of a music shop. Maine Hardware is simply outstanding. Crown Fried Chicken is really good. It's a strip mall, but it has some really great and largely unique businesses.”
“Good selection and inventory of items that we need for our property management business. I also recently ordered a Kayak for my son and had it ship to the store with free shipping. This was a great experience and got the Kayak at a very good price.”
“Clean, well secured, very few empty stores. Only weird thing is you have to enter mostly through the big anchor stores. Most of the actual mall doors not attached to a store are locked?”
“I only go to the Panera store here. It is always a bustling parking lot with 5 or 6 other stores that appear to be neat and clean and tidy. I do need to check out the massage envy at some point”
“I've worked at Dunkins for a few months, now Shaws for 7months. I do my laundry at Pratt and Abbott. I'm there almost 7 days a week. Great place to get a lot of different services. It has an auto zone and CVS. Everything I need is right there, at Westgate Shopping center.”
“A pleasant little strip mall across from a newly renovated park. It has a Nail Salon,, UPS store, a Dollar store, (neat, clean and well stocked),Laundry and dry cleaning, Barber shop, Nonesuch Books, Goodwill, U.S.Cellular, PetLife, Beauty Parlor a Bank and (seasonal) H&R Block also an Asian restaurant. If I forgot anything, I will edit later.It is also across the street from a Shaw's supermarket and a gym. There is also a Back in Motion facility close by an a Bus stop.What's not to like?”
“Visited the Umi restaurant for the first time..there was a nice variety of foods, and all was well prepared! Was definitely impressed with the sushi..the rice and fish were fresh and tasty!! Only disappointment was the lobster..it was either re-steamed or over steamed, just not fresh! Was a little pricey, but overall, it was a good eating experience..and would definitely return for another meal!!”

“Cheap tacky practical and useful Hymie's Shopping Center isn't a shopping center but a large gift store. Yep, some people would call it a typical tourist trap but it's actually a lot more than just tacky trinkets. Sure there is plenty of junky stuff and usual touristy things like stuffed toy lobsters., crummy t-shirts with ridiculous things printed on them, cheap plastic mugs, refrigerator magnets and various ornaments but the store is a good place to find useful beach items too. If you take the time to sift through some of the crap you can find sunglasses, beach chairs, sandals, hats, beach toys, umbrellas, suntan lotion and other things that you might need but probably forgot to bring to the beach. It actually is a fun place to poke around because there is so much stuff packed into the rather large store. Nothing really expensive in here, most of it is cheap and expendable but that is usually what you need on the beach. Cheap and tacky and useful and practical. If you need it on the beach you will probably find it in here.”
