Display cases are neatly arranged, not overflowing into the walking areas. Strategically placed products so you don't forget the important parts!Beautiful glass selection, good paper selection, quality vapes, and some decent accessories.I've been here almost every week for a year and only had one vape be defective, but it was promptly replaced as I had not left the store before noticing.The name may be Exhale, but be sure the first thing you do when entering is inhale and relax. “I love this shop and I always get top tier service. You always have what I need and the price is better than other places I’ve been to. The biggest thing for me is how nice the staff is. I always feel a little self conscious because I don’t know all of the vaping lingo, but they always know exactly what I’m asking for and have even said not to feel self conscious about how I say it.I am always happy to leave a tip as well. The only thing about the tip screen, it gives different options like “10% - great service” or “20% - best service ever!” The thing is, I truly always feel I’m getting the best service ever, but don’t necessarily have an extra 20% to tip. To anyone who has waited on me here: you gave the best service ever regardless of the amount I tipped and I appreciate you for helping me and being so kind <3 See you soon!”
“I'm definitely interested in saving a dollar here and there when I can. I've changed stores looking for the best prices with the nicest cashiers because honestly it's not worth the savings if you gotta deal with miserable and unhappy people. Now they don't open until 10am but they have some great cigarette prices and usually have deals for multiple packs.I usually grab 2 cartons and 4 packs for each of us some job papers and we're set for the week. Today we had run into friends when we pulled up and I ran across to grab butts and the cashier (extremely nice) said no packs this week. It surprised me cuz I'm in there for under 5 minutes once a week and there a pretty busy store with lots of customers but she remembered what I usually get that's home town service. If you're a local or from away visiting or vacationing stop by and grab your cigarettes here. You'll save money and be glad you did”

“I want to go ahead and commend both CJ and Julie today on going above and beyond to do such a simple act of kindness, but something that brought tears to my eyes. Something that you rarely see nowadays. People are so quick to complain, and then tell five other people how terrible their experience was but how often do you see someone to recognize a member experience they had? These two are the dream team. Smiles, positivity, and good energy fill the store As soon as you walk in. CJ was a saint and extremely patient with my fiancé and night as we went through almost all the torches. Very educated and knowledgeable and so kind. Long story short, I was $1.06 short, which I had in my car on this cold day. It was parked way down the street so it felt.. I was about a dollar short from my total. Julie heard me from the back and said to me without any hesitation that she would cover the dollar and six cents, I’ve never come across such extraordinary customer service. These situations may be small to some, But can change a persons entire week. Now I’ll make sure to go ahead and pay it forward, because you never know what someone is going through. Or how such a small gesture can affect someone’s day. I will forever remember this experience today and make sure that cigarette shopper on Congress Street is my one stop shopping for all my smoking needs”
“Needed some butane and glass part to start the day off because I ran out. This store opens an hour earlier than any other smoke shop in the morning, so it sparred me to rate it real quick. All prices are superb.”
“Freak Street has the friendliest service and their hats/shirts are less than half the cost of the gift shop two doors down. I would definitely return here for Portland, Maine memorabilia. They also do screen printing if that's what you're after.”
“I don't often leave reviews, but I feel this place deserves the recognition! I'm not from the Portland area, this shop was recommended to me when I asked about finding a vape in the area (I had previously tried 2 other places!) It wasn't until I stopped here that someone was KIND ENOUGH to ask me what I was looking for exactly and realize I was clearly from another part of Maine ? she was super sweet and sent me in the right direction to find flavors, and the only one decent enough to even tell me Portland has a flavor band (which I couldn't believe!) So their customer service was top notch, and as someone from out of town, I truly appreciated the help and kindness!”

“sally is the sweetest person ever !!!! i am new to the area and needed a new home smoke shop, my first visit i concluded i had found my new fave shop. products are wonderful, wide variety and extremely fair prices! it’s nice there’s an ATM on site too. as a woman it’s so nice to see a women owned smoke shop! it allows a safe, comfortable, and wonderful shopping experience, and i always look forward to speaking to sally whenever i’m in! strongly recommend this place to any and everyone”
