A wonderful Pharmacy with a pleasant and knowledgeable Pharmacy team. I recently had a prescription filled at a local Hannaford pharmacy in Saco, Me.when I went to pick up my prescription they were charging me $1050.00 , I refused the prescription and had my local Walgreens have the prescription transferred over to them, when I picked up the prescription at Walgreens the price was $269.00 dollars, BIG SAVINGS!! The workers at the registers and throughout the store are also helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. Needless to say all my pharmacy shopping will only be done at Walgreens in Old Orchard Beach, Me

Wendy, in the pharmacy, is amazing! She is so helpful, kind and cares about her patrons. She took time to find a discount for my dogs diabetes prescriptions, called around to find the med needed as they were out and gave great advice. She’s a rare find today!

They often don't have my medicine even though I am on a revolving table Eder. Also, I precisely stated that I want my prescription's delivered or mailed because it's difficult for me to drive. They never mail or deliver them until I call and remind them. I am sitting in the parking lot now, waiting for them to open the drive thru window. I am completely out of some of my medication. Something needs to be done. Terrible.

Five stars from me, for sure. Favorite pharmacist. I am glad that they got rid of that VERY rude tech. He probably meant well, but boy he was impatient and rude. But, the staff now is simply perfect.

Everytime we go there your cashiers donot care how many people are in line waiting, they keep chatting with customers like they are sitting in coffee shops with their friends. They should be warned people actually have jobs to go.

Today I came to this walgreens and need to talk to the pharmacy I was helped by Kevin the pharmacist he was very humble the most kind person I ever met he helped me find the perfect allergy medicine for my 2 years+ kid and it really worked Also the store associate was amazing Elias very welcoming cashier my experience was beyond my expectation !! Love to come here more often. thank you all for being amazing team and meet customers satisfaction . Very clean store as well.

I have found the pharmacy difficult to contact. I tried for three days to call in an Rx only to have no answer. The follow through with refills has been slow at best and the prices were expensive. At this time I am moving my refills to Hannaford.

While camping this summer and away for 90 Days, Walgreens in Old Orchard Beach was kind enough to call my pharmacy at home (not a Walgreens) and fill a prescription for us to be pick up on the road. Great service and much appreciated.

It is unacceptable for town as large as old Orchard Beach, 8500 citizens and counting, plus the 80,000 tourists that visit us during the summer, to not have a reliable pharmacy in town. I have lost track of the number of times I have been brought to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription only to find out that the pharmacist is having maternity leave" problems. Staff are encouraged to tell Customers "we can transfer your prescription to the nearest town 5 miles away." That is BS! There are many senior citizens living in old Orchard Beach that had to pay someone to drive them to Walgreens only to find out the pharmacy is closed without any warning! Gone are the good old days when we had Rite Aid, or laverdierres, who always had a reliable pharmacist when needed. I have seen disabled senior citizens travel from one end of town to another to get to Walgreens, and the pharmacy is close.
