Dan was so helpful and accommodating of a last minute schedule change on my part. The installation took less than 20 minutes while I sat in the waiting area. Very happy with the service and recommend highly!

I can't say enough about how incompetent this location is. They oversee the Milford U Haul where we have 2 self storage units. 3 times now we've had to deal with gate codes and lock box codes being changed without being told and today we went to get things out of one unit and unbeknownst to us they added their own U Haul lock without telling us. When I called to find out what was going on the kid on duty didn't have a clue. Told me 'there are only 2 U Haul people in the State authorized to cut locks off.' Real helpful. Last winter our climate controlled unit flooded and they made us move telling us we'd get a moth free. That never happened.
