Rented a 20-foot box truck and returned it without hitting anything. I was careful the entire time and even paid extra for U-Haul’s insurance for peace of mind. After drop-off, they claimed there were cuts in the passenger-side tires. I never went off-road, but they still voided part of my insurance, saying the damage was from “off-road use” — which simply didn’t happen.
To make it worse, they reviewed camera footage but couldn’t see the passenger side, so they just blamed me by default. Completely unfair and frustrating.
If you’re renting from U-Haul, take detailed photos of every side of the truck before and after use. Otherwise, they might hit you with damage charges you can’t disprove. I’ll never rent from them again.

Shocking incompetence. Last week, I called this U-Haul to schedule a hitch installation. They indicated they don't install hitches but offered to make me a reservation at a different, local U-Haul. Even after confirming all of my information, I arrived at my appointment to learn the following info had been entered wrong: the DATE of my appointment, my first and last name, the telephone number, my email address, and the make and model of my vehicle!

I’ve rented a storage unit or two and trailers many times from this U-Haul facility and they are great more specifically Dan the store manager is awesome. He’s always understanding he always fixes any issues promptly so I recommend going to this one if you have the option.

This location is dysfunctional also dishonest. Other locations returned my money for unused miles and this location refused to give me anything back at all. They pretty much stole my money I had it for 3 weeks and only used a little over 1000 miles and they charged me $1,397.05 they definitely kept money that was owed back to me. The odlin road location gave me back money for the miles I didn't use. The old town location won't give me anything back at all. I'm 100% sure they owe me around $600 back ? I would not do any business with Old Town location ever again

If you've been to a lot of Uhauls, you pretty much know what to expect. I had no problem picking up or delivering my rental. The dude on shift there was very cool and did his job above and beyond for first thing in the morning.

This is my go to location. I tell everyone if your moving need boxes propane anything go to the Old town store!!! You will be greeted with a big smile. Devin is my favorite she is the best will go out her way to help as much as she can.
