If you've been to a lot of Uhauls, you pretty much know what to expect. I had no problem picking up or delivering my rental. The dude on shift there was very cool and did his job above and beyond for first thing in the morning.

This is my go to location. I tell everyone if your moving need boxes propane anything go to the Old town store!!! You will be greeted with a big smile. Devin is my favorite she is the best will go out her way to help as much as she can.

I have always had great service here until today. Went to have my propane tank filled and after waiting 10 minutes for help after pushing the need service button I went in and asked for help. The woman right away got rude and said I'm not doing that,not while it's raining. I didn't read on there site where it says we don't service propane when it's raining.

Every time i have done business there which is dozens of visits by the way, I have always been treated with stellar service.Over the years this location in OLD TOWNMAINE seems to always maintain a goodteam of employees. I enjoy going here.

The girls here are the best in the business amazing customer service with a smile. The have helped me through a crazy crazy transition with a van and storage.. the best I’ve ever dealt with a huge thank you and thumbs up!!!
