My wife and I stopped here to get a few items on our way home today and ended up having the terrible misfortune of being "assisted" by "Sam", who was visibly upset that he had to look away from his cellphone in order to assist a paying customer. Anyway, we place the items on the counter, Sam scans them, we pay and and exit the store. Once we reach our vehicle we do some quick math, and realize that our total had come to more than it should have for the few items we had purchased.
This is where things got ugly, my wife goes back into the store (Sam is visibly annoyed again) and requests a receipt for the transaction. At first Sam wanted to act as is he didn't remember her, even given the fact that the store was empty when we arrived and no one had entered between the time we exited and she reentered. Finally, after convincing Sam to print the receipt, my wife quickly scans it and points the error out to Sam.
At this point Sam marches over to the display, which is marked 2 for $12.99. Our receipt showed a price of $12.99 ea. for said item. By this point, Sam is both visibly angry and verbally abusive towards my wife, using profanity and complaining that there is no easy f@¢&ing way to modify or refund the transaction and that the item wasn't even supposed to be included in the sale. Finally, after pleading with Sam to correct the error, Sam begrudgingly slams the refunded amount on top of the item (that Sam had pulled off of the shelf for confirmation) and slid them both toward her and my wife was even kind enough to do his job for him and place the item back on the shelf so that Sam could get back to his phone.
In the time it took my wife to return to the vehicle where my son and I were waiting, she had tears in her eyes and was very upset, but pled with me not to go back in to have a "chat" with Sam. I'm not sure if there is legal action to be taken here, but we will definitely be looking into it.
Completely unwarranted and unacceptable!

Love the store but the girl Mindy is rude and lazy. There was a whole line of customers and she sat on her phone and ignored everyone.

Thanks for selling premium fuel unlike the dysarts station nearby.

Typical Circle K store. Clean except during busy periods. Only thing is I wish they had caffeine-free sugar-free drinks at the drink machine.

Masks required. I noticed more selection on premade sandwiches, including breakfast sandwiches, burgers and I think hot pizza ? was offered. Convenience store prices. Bathroom needed more cleaning, especially around the bottom and base. Paperwork was checked off for the time I visited, but, the previous day's checklist was in the trash. Coffee and iced slushy machines were available.

Despite paying lip service to mask mandate, and having posted signs requiring both social distancing and wearing masks, during getting gas I witnessed 5 different people walk into the store not wearing masks, sometimes standing less than 2 feet apart in line, and the employee is not wearing a mask.

I specifically stop here for the iced cold brew coffee. It's the best around. However today, the machine was dispensing extremely weak brew. I ended up paying $3 for the coffee and having the clerk throw it out at the counter.

Sign above the 2 liter bottles of soda "2-2 liters for 3.50, 1 at regular retail" So I grabbed 2 bottles of ginger ale. At the register, both bottles rang in at regular price. So I mentioned to the cashier (Zoie)that the sign said 2 for 3.50. She sighed, then stomped over to the display, came back mumbling something. She voided the whole sale and rang it in again for the advertised price, clearly irritated because she was slamming the cash register keys down. She said "that's not the right price, and I'm not supposed to do this" as she was ringing it in. I said "oh, the sign said 2 for 3.50, I thought that was what the price was" She said "yeah well, the vendor has to change the sign, we can't. But I guess I'm feeling nice, even though our registers are not wrong and that is not the price" I said "its not really about being nice, if the advertised price is wrong you should put up a corrected sign" at to which she said "I don't want to get into a fight" A fight??? Really? Because I wanted to pay the advertised price you are going to fight with me? Wow. Didn't smile at all, or say thanks or offer me a bag or anything. Grrrreat customer service.
