Deb is an extraordinarily talented seamstress and quilter. I’ve been attending her classes for a while now and have learned so much. She is so flexible allowing you to work on your own projects or those she’s teaching. She has years of experience to share. Jeff handles all the machine repairs and leaves his customers happy. I highly recommend this shop!

Run run as fast as you can Took my machine in for a cleaning. Messed it up but good took it back twice still dosent work all for a cleaning

Very accommodating staff. Super knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to service our embroidery machine quickly so we could keep our business up and running.
Great store with all kinds of notions and supplies for sewing or quilting.

I had an issue with my sewing machine, and did not feel helped or listened to. Not worth your time, try somewhere else.

My wife and were just in shopping. We were told that fabric on their sales shelf was $5 per yardexcept for the panels. We bought a lot of fabric thinking it was on sale...We were charged $12.49 per yard for 9 yards thinking it was $5. We paid almost 3 times the amount we were expecting and told. We did get 5.33 yards of the $5 fabric... We got $15 of patterns but ended up SPENDING $162.51... Wow....we will not be back...the person( owner) said well someone put it on the wrong shelf. Very, very unsympathetic. We should have just left the fabric and walked out. We didn't because it was now cut. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. HE WAS VERY NOT INTERESTED IN FIXING PROBLEM. AGAIN, WE WILL NOT BE BACK.... I would like to mention that he definately took the steam out of our day... We were attending the Orrington yard sales...

The ONLY place I will bring my sewing machines in for repair. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Wish they were closer.
