We sold a mini cooper through this shop, we agreed on a price between $3000-$4000 with a 10% commission the owner sold it for $2000 without consulting us and said he was going to charge us a $500 commission, then he paid us $500 and wouldn’t pay us the last $1000. Beyond sketchy, dishonest, avoid at all costs.

Asked them to get me a part and they told me they could do the job and get the part for me within the next couple days. They then proceeded to ghosted me for two weeks about it and when I asked they said they never got the part. Anybody in college, making a commute, or anyone worth their name shouldn’t come here.

Bring your car there at your own risk! Dude calls me after agreeing to take my vehicle yelling “I wish you never brought it here” then complains about other cars in his lot “giving [him] a hard time” like it’s my fault. The car is a drug repo, I told him that, all parts I needed worked on were still in place, somehow he found my vehicle a “mess” and refused to work on it.

This was such an awful experience! This garage definitely took advantage of me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman but they were rude, disorganized and never fixed my issue.

Disappointed. I believe they have struggled with keeping staff. Which I understand. However after scheduling an appointment our vehicle sat in same spot for 3 weeks. Never looked at it. No communication and would not answer the phone. Finally we sent a tow truck to retrieve it. Still without any communication. Good mechanics are priceless

Don’t come here if you want to get your car back anytime soon. I had my Land Rover towed here after it blew a gasket. I told Don that it was likely the head gasket, and he told me that that isn’t an issue with this car (wrong—it is a very common issue). He said the radiator blew and to fix it would be $1,000+. No problem, we had him fix the radiator knowing full well it could be something else beyond that. Sure enough, he told me the head gasket had blown. We told him to go ahead with the repair.He had the car in April. Fast forward to late September after monthly check-ins from me, and he still had our car and was not scheduling it to be fixed (he didn’t refuse to fix it, he just told me he didn’t know when he could because he doesn’t have enough laborers). He complained about the fact that it’s a 20 hour job. In my opinion, you’re getting paid for 20 hours of labor regardless of what you’re fixing, so what difference does it make?… how hard is it to put a car on the schedule to be fixed?…not all garages around here are willing to fix a head gasket on an older Land Rover, but I finally found another garage to take it and had it towed from Foreign Auto. The garage told me that Don has a reputation of taking advantage of women. They also looked at the radiator that Don replaced and told me he did a horrible job and there were leaks everywhere.So long story short or TLDR, don’t bring your car here. I will never recommend this garage to anyone. In fact, I will go out of my way to discourage people from taking their car here, which will be good for Don since he won’t have time to fix them anyway.
