We had an issue with the water heater of our rental RV. The rental company was not able to get us to a repair shop within 4 days. So we tried our luck by ourselves at River Road RV Repair. After arriving there, John took care of everything. They fixed the issue and made sure, the bill got paid by the rental company. Awesome customer service, great people. Thank you John!

My 1st experience with John and his team was extremely positive. Competent, knowledgeable and and above all honest. Not something I've been accustomed to since buying my new 2022 Grand Design RV from the local dealer. The folks at River Road RV were a pleasure to deal with. I will happily drive the 54 miles from our home to River Road RV to have the peace of mind of knowing the work I need done will be done correctly at a fair price. Will definitely be going back for any future needs. And by the way they understand solar so I'll be returning to River Road for some additional upgrades

John and his wife were pleasant and fun to work with. John did an excellent job of doing full maintenance on wheel bearings, tires, axels, etc. Well worth waiting for.

These guys are AWESOME! Needed an trailer lights extension harness on Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, they were super busy but still made the time to make me a harness and save my weekend. Can't thank John and his crew enough!!

For 3 weeks John strung me along with the promise to get the work done on my van. I went to see him to get it scheduled and he told me he didn’t have time to do the job at all. Very poor customer service. Beware.

My husband and I were on our way to Moosehead Lake, ME when we discovered we had a leak in our black tank. We called several repair shops and no one could help us. They were all booked. We kept trying and found John at River Road RV repair. He took us right in, repaired our tank and we were back on the road in just a few hours. His work is amazing and his willingness to help us out was outstanding! I can't say enough about him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THANK YOU JOHN!!

We were in Maine a couple of hours from River road RV when our refrigerator went out. Over the next couple of days, John help me troubleshoot the RV and tentatively diagnosed a problem. Then we drove to his place near Bangor and he had us fixed and running again in a couple of hours. He is one of the most helpful people we have encountersed anywhere. If we could, I would give him a 15 out of 10.

John was absolutely fantastic to deal with. When he learned I was from out of state he freed up sometime in his schedule to help me with a problem with my trailer brakes. I have had my RV to several service centres over the last two or three years and nobody seemed able to fix the problem. John did a great job, explained thoroughly what the issue was, and had me up and running with only labour charges. He was very honest, had taken pictures of the issue, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I cannot recommend highly enough River Road RV repair!
