It's unfortunate they can't get good employees I have tried more than once to get chicken and have had to beg someone to wait on me just to get chicken that had the crap cooked out of it never again will I attempt to go there 🤢

I would give a five star but recently the lines are longer, and that's because there is only one employee working on the busiest shift (2nd) especially on a Friday during race days.It's not fair to the cashier. I feel so bad for them. And the self checkout is a joke... no tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and not even the chicken you can pay for on it. other than that I still come to this store (now that I just wrote all that, I'm questioning my loyalty.lol)because I love how nice and friendly the employees are(Courtney, Matt and Rob) and I am not always in the greatest mood after I get out of work. But that second shift always Cheers me up.

I would just like to say what an amazing difference. since this store has come under new management. There's 2-3 employees each day which makes things much faster and all the employees are nice and quite comical at time just pure enjoyment. A huge selection of beverages and snacks. Also the chicken is the best. made from scratch and mouthwatering. The restroom is clean and stocked every hour on the hour. Great job to the new Manager Jessica N.

I am at this store often, since it is the closest convenience store to my home. The staff are always extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful with whatever needs I may have at the time. It's always a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Thank you.

Chicken is cold when you get it.. also can tell it wasn't fresh.. $15 for a five tenders alone is a bit much especially for the quality and the kid that runs the chicken was rude.. not impressed

The guy closing tonight was a Jerk we stood at the register for about 10 minutes he basically dismissed us standing there. Then he over charged me on my drink and when I asked for my receipt I was met with a large sigh. I won't be coming back I even pointed out that he charged me wrong he didn't care very much and we were not even greeted.

Everything I go on to this store they are extremely rude I avoid it had to stop to get chicken and same gentleman extremely ride then the cashier jumped on his rudeness I don't understand why I'm a manager of a store and that is unacceptable

My experience at the Big Apple Store was a 5/5 due to the helpful cashier named Randy. He went above and beyond to make sure myself and several other friends were able eat tonight due to the hotel we were staying at closing their food services early. He made sure we left the store with everything we needed. Great job Randy- I will be sure to visit more often when I am in the area.

I went in here tonight with my friends who were staying at the local hotel with me. The food options were closed at the hotel so we took a drive to the Big Apple. Let me tell you.... Randy is THE man!!! He deserves a raise! Thank you Randy for all your help!

In the morning hours this store is filled with men mostly. I try to avoid this gas station as I find the men that frequent it have zero idea of personal space and take offense if you say anything. The cashiers are no help and accept this behavior as normal. I stopped by this morning 2/22/2021 and turned around into a man standing behind me at the cooler. For those that may find this behavior uncomfortable AVOID this station. Be advised: NO 6 FEET DISTANCING!!!
