Goodwin's in oxford was outstanding in fixing my 2013 Buick Encore on July 3rd. Even though they were extremely busy, they correctly diagnosed and fixed my car so I would have it back for a very busy 4th of July with my family & friends.

I came in to have my tires changed. My appointment was for 9:30AM. I didn't get my car back until nearly noon. I wasn't prepared to stay that long. I wish I'd been told ahead of time it was going to take that amount of time.
