This is the best place ever to visit for products and education regarding servicing your hot tub. I have spoken to Pat several times on the phone and knew this was a place I could trust and they were honest in telling me what chemicals I needed and the instructions needed with amounts, Pat also has a great sense of humor. A great experience from the first interaction to the final installation.Pat and the team are all top-notch and did a great job of helping us choose the right hot tub for our needs and then communicated regularly on delivery timing, since the pandemic had resulted in significant backorders everywhere. The team was careful in managing the installation and then took the time to walk us through the features of the new hot tub, as well as educate us on proper spa chemical management.Most of all, everyone at Pat's Hot Tubs and Pools is friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Many companies could learn a lot from this team about great customer service!
