Not buying a house from these guys, but they are putting one in next to my house. It's a good size lot, but their not leaving any room for privacy... plus they are just burying concrete instead of actually removing it. Maybe a different experience if your on board from start to finish

Original feedback Winter 2021: I found a similar review below. We did not purchase the home through TKH. We purchased a 2018 home that was built by Turn Key. I have tried to call with simple questions (to find out what company the windows are from for their warranty info and to find out who made the cabinets so we can add crown molding). They never responded to my (twice now) request for the cabinet info and they made the window issue an argument. I am blown away by the lack of customer service and their ability to brush off these simple (less than ten minute) requests. This was their home built just two years ago. I did not ask them to do any of the leg work. Just for phone numbers so I could.Edit 7/1/21 : While I wrote the above after my multiple discouraging experiences. They have since gone out of their way to help with our window. Even sending a tech over to put it in. Thank you TKH.

This review is long overdue....We hired Todd & his crew at Turn Key to build our office building on Route 2 in Bethel. At the time, I was new in the world of development/construction and had no idea the number of details these guys had to manage for us on a daily basis during the process. From the initial design, to earthwork, septic, well drilling, permitting, etc (it goes on and on), Turn Key did an amazing job handling it all.Upon completion they handed us the keys to our beautiful building which, thanks to Turn Key, we receive regular compliments on.These guys are the ones to choose, save yourself some time reading reviews from 10 different builders and hire them.

We had a great experience with Turn Key homes. With everyone we spoke to, Ena, Danielle , John and Todd. And also Chad. We had many questions, and those were answered promptly. Some answers were hard to except but in the long run everything worked out great !If they didn’t know the answer to something they were not afraid to say they will get back to us , which was a very important process for Us. We would definitely recommend Turn Key homes to our friends and family they were dependable and easy access to someone to talk to about any concerns. Our home is everything we imagined it to be!Bob and Sue Lautz

From start, to finish... Todd came to the property before I even bought it to help evaluate whether it was worth the effort, then came out again to stake out my dream home. The office staff was very helpful in assisting with design plans, colors, and useful ideas. My project manager David, and his crew, brought a drawing on graph paper into the real world. David proved to be a man like myself: the details matter. It's either done right, or it isn't done at all. I was always in the loop, any question, no matter how ridiculous, was answered promptly. The house was done ON TIME, and REASONABLY CLOSE TO THE BUDGET. I moved into my new home, and like the name implies, it was "Turn Key" ready. I am thankful, and deeply impressed. Jim Koester

We purchased one of the lot models that they were selling to make room for new inventory so we could not make modifications which was ok with us. Other than some miscommunications they were great to work with and very personable. They will make things right, an example is the furnace was fully installed in the wrong place and when we asked they moved it clear across the basement to where it was supposed to be. The only issue I see is the basement will be very difficult to finish because there is something such as oil tank, water holding tank, in every corner of the basement and the main drain pipe runs almost the entire length of the basement and gets lower and lower to go out to the septic.

Turn Key Homes blames drywall issues on wood shrinkage, the weather and will not take responsibility for bad repairs. They will wait until your one year warranty is up and tell you you're out of luck. Having a modular home built with them was a nightmare (a myriad of issues) and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!
