I mistakenly bought the wrong ink for my printer. I, of course, had opened it. I thought , well, I have to go back to buy the right ink cartridge, so, I went to returns first, with my receipt, and surprisingly enough, after the lady behind the counter spoke to the manager, I got my money back! I couldn't be happier!

I went through self checkout and was just minding my own, scanning all my items and one of the employees came up to me and accused me of stealing a 2$ candle. I showed her where it was on the list of items I scanned and then she proceeded to stand two inches from me while I scanned everything else. Is this common practice ? Because it seems rude and not ok.

Walmarts, as my mother, God rest her soul, called Sam Waltons super store. I have many fond memories of spending quality time pushing my mother around in her wheelchair as she shopped. You might thing it's a bit weird to spend quality time at Walmart with a parent, but there were three things my mother loved, her kids, shopping, and deals! Walmart certainly has many deals to offer such as their low prices on clothing, toys and electronics. I specifically, shop here during the Spring to buy plants and grass seed to beautify my gardenm. However, they do fall short on their produce. Most of the time I shop their I have found the fruits and vegetables not as fresh as they could be. I'll be channeling my mother's "deal sense" this coming week as I hunt for those fantastic black Friday Walmart specials!

It's unfortunate that this Wal-Mart is one of the only large retailers in this area, because this is a terrible place to shop. It's staff is nasty and disrespectful; a manager just gave my friends, all in their mid-30s, a hard time for buying beer, because he was convinced we were local campers. When we tried to explain that we're not kids and show him our IDs, the manager said, "Do you want to keep acting like a wise guy?" I haven't been talked to that way since high school, and wouldn't ever expect it in an adult professional setting, but that's the mode of operation for managers at this Wal-Mart. I'm done here.
