They don’t talk down to you and treat you like you’re ignorant. The one employee named Dakota, who is in the warehouse is the very definition of customer service. He should be training everybody on what customer service looks like. I had avoided this place in the past because of horrible customer service. Now that Hammond has taken it over that is not the case. Every interaction I’ve had up. There has been amazing now.”
