I've only visited several times, and of those visits, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. and, my last visit, on 7/24/21 I found Ashley, to be very helpful, appeasing, and humorous with the customers and me.The only suggestion I have is at the checkout, to scan each item separately, please. 7 pairs of gloves were rung up because only one pair of gloves was used for the 6 that was on the check out- there seemed to be difficulty ringing in so the one pair of gloves used to scan the 6 was scanned several times running up an extra pair that I paid for but did not have on the checkout counter. If each pair of gloves were scanned separately, I'm sure I would have been charged for only 6 pairs that I intended to purchase, not the 7 that were scanned in.We have all seen this technique used when we purchase an article of multi-numbers. The clerk takes only one item of the multi-items and scans it in for the number she sees on the counter, This technique caused an extra an item that I was changed for when it came to the gloves. Other than that, the clerk was cheerful, fun, and my experience was enjoyable. Only one point off for the troubled scanning. And, it was my mistake not to speak up, because, I thought I only got 6 pairs of gloves not the 7 runged up, so I'm taking some of the blame as well.
