We ordered our food and were left waiting for 1.5 hours. We asked for timelines at the 45 minute and 1 hour mark, and were given no information both times. The restaurant appeared to be fully staffed, but the staff were wandering around rather than completing orders. We finally asked to speak to the manager, and she snapped at us and at the employees. We finally received our food after this interaction. What should have been a short stop on a road trip turned into a long layover. Avoid this place if you can.

I pulled up to the second window and they said they are still waiting on my cheese burger, and proceeded to tell me i had to pull around to the front. and when i asked if i had to, the employee proceeded to give me dirty looks with a rbf face and said well you have to anyways, with attitude. REMIND YOU WITH NO PLEASE OR THANK YOU. poor poor costumer service. he was ALSO fighting with another employee when i was at the window waiting for my cheese burger!

I bring my grand daughter for a treat now and then on Wednesday afternoons during a non busy time. We go in, she enjoys using the touchscreen to order our food.All is usually ok, but we go often enough to notice the staff are not a happy lot. One time we went, the pock marked manager got frustrated at something and actually threw a drink.We like to use the game consoles to challenge each other to virtual bowling while we eat and talk. The screens are usually full of fingerprints. I go to the counter to ask for a rag to clean them. Instead of coming to do it, they give me a rag so I can do it myself. That’s fine, I know I do a good job even though who knows what the rag has been through before I got it.I know everyone is overworked and underpaid. I’m not picking on them, just want them to know we appreciate the little things- like a smile, or a little customer service.And I really hope the frappe machine is fixed by now.

Employees have absolutely no phone etiquette. Called to see if they had power because of the outage and was told "I wouldn't have answered if we didnt" incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never again. Management needs to do a lil customer service training because that was beyond rude.
