I had a problem with my phone and took it in to another location, but the problem came right back. Took it to Norway and in less than 10 minutes they figured out a fix. No issues after that. Great service and very friendly people.

Jordan Parker was rep this morning. The guy fixed my bill, got me out of a fee, got a discount applied, and somehow kept me from cancelling my service altogether. This is the second time he got me set up with Verizon, ask for him.

I had some problems with billing a few months back and seriously considered changing phone carriers after 15 years. My phone bill was over $900 because of unreturned equipment that wasn't even mine. I had made changes to my account and this mistake happened during that process. It took 3 months to get sorted out. During this time i spent 2 hours at the store and 5+ hours on calls trying to get it figured out . . So when my daughters phone stopped charging you can imagine my enthusiasm about making changes to my account. Also upgrading her phone would lock me with verizon for another 2 years. -I've been waiting for other carriers in the area to get better so i can leave verizon, their prices are out of control-. Until I met Tammy!! The experience of upgrading a phone can be boring and stressful, not this experience! She was fun to talk to and really knew her stuff. She spent the time to go over my account and look for promotions that would save me money. I highly recommend this store and Tammy. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars.

Drove 45 minutes one way to update my busted phone and drove up to find the door locked despite being advertised they’re open. Saw that this same thing happened to someone else just a couple months ago. Be aware.

Jordan originally started working with us while waiting for another person to come in. He was awesome!!!! We then worked with Ryan who was from another store and he took the time to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. It was a long process and he was very patient. He to was awesome!!!! Can't thank both of them enough for sticking with us to get our new phones

Highly recommend this store for all of your Verizon needs. Tammy and Micha were very friendly and super helpful. Went above and beyond and saved us money. Changing to the Oxford store as our new home store from now on.
