We've also had vehicles brought in for repairs after an accident damages the exterior. The car always looks and feels good as new! The staff is all very helpful and friendly!”

Actual review of Richardson's NAPA in Patten:
It's a SMALL auto parts store, they don't have much in stock but can usually order what you need if it's not on the shelf today. They focus more on auto repairs than parts sales I think. And to that end they do pretty good work. Good customer service, fair prices too. I only deducted a star because this is Patten and like every other store in this town they close up for the day earlier than I'd like. So check their hours before you call to make an appointment.

One TEMPORARY down side is: as of October 2025 they are NOT doing state inspections and haven't been able to for a few months now, but they are trying to hire someone who can do licensed vehicle inspections and they hope to have it sorted out soon. Their previous inspection guy left to take another job, and the guy they recently hired to replace him had to leave as soon as they hired him due to a family emergency. So currently they're not able to handle state vehicle inspections, but they are hoping to have someone else in place for that someday soon. If they're still not doing inspections when you call for your appointment, you'll just have to try another shop for that, but they are open for regular repairs and maintenance services.”
