I purchased a house in the area Nov. 22. Doing a rehab. Been dealing with Nate, Tom and the great crew since then. These guys and gals go above and beyond! Nate and Tom have given me plenty of advice on this journey. I live in Greenville. There's been times when I would need things last minute at the end of the day and they've waited after closing time to accommodate me. In this day and age it's hard to find this kind of attitude and service in any store. Highly recommend!

Good folks, AMAZING HARDWARE STORE!!! I try to get everything from there, the prices are good compared to the orange boxes, and they really do have everything. Always open seems like.

Talk about awesome service and people who care about their customers! This is the place. The first day we went In. The guy gave us a little freebie we were gonna buy. Just tossed it to us and said. Your good. Then gave each of our kids a quarter for the gum-ball machine. So when my bear hunting boys asked me to pick up a flashlight. Where do you think I went? Yep. Back to the place where we got special treatment. The owner helped me this time. He was very patient with me as I really didn't know what to get. I knew my son wanted top of the line. So he gave me a couple of options. With a nice price difference. I purchased an awesome flashlight for my son and my husband. The owner was so helpful and kind. Let's just say his worker who gave us 2 free quarters and a free bottle opener ended up turning into a return visit where we spent over $130.00. I guarantee I will be back again before we leave too. Because my husband blessed our bear guide by giving him his flashlight. lol

Located in a tiny town, this place has it all, even those mouse traps that we desperately needed. Service is always great here. The store is fairly clean. There is two floors worth of odds and ends. They helped us order a roof rack for our car and were on top of it from the start. They have great communication as well.

We moved to Patten in September and the folks at Richardson’s have been super helpful with helping us get our home “fixed up”, from special ordering items we needed to giving us info on local tradesman that could help us with heating, electricity, etc.
