What a terrible associate! She cannot be bothered in her 4 hours at the location to wait on the customers without giving them attitude.
She should not be working with the public. People go out of their way to be there within the limited hours, the associate should not be a jerk!

Very rude employee. I'm looking for supervisor because the gal needs a lesson on how to treat people. I gave her repeated times to come around and apologize for her behavior but she never did. One time she said well everybody has a bad day when I had said she could be a little kinder. And she told me I could go to Mexico. she quite rude.

INCREASE LOBBY HOURS
12:15-4:15 is not accommodating to residents in any way shape or form. Most of us have to travel out of town to work, and these hours are not working people friendly. Working in Auburn M-F 8-5 this post office makes retrieving packages nearly impossible.
Additionally, don't expect a friendly face. The lady working has no regard for kindness. She has been unpleasant on several occasions. Do better!
