“Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are on par. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes after your appointment time with your stressed out pet. Exam rooms are very noisy which stresses out skittish animals.”
“My parents have been taking their dogs to Dr. Binette for years, so once I moved back to Maine, it was a no brainer that I would be taking my dog here as well. Every time I have called the office, my call has been answered promptly and my questions answered, not to mention our appointments were made and we didn't have to wait weeks on end-- most recently I was able to bring him in the next morning (I'm lucky, however, that my schedule allows for quick or last minute scheduling.) I always feel confident in the care my dog receives when visiting their office and appreciate the friendly staff. My dog is never scared when entering the building or leaving the building so I know he feels safe with the care that he receives.Another thing I love that was not done at our previous vet is the automatic rebates. In the past when I ordered HeartGuard, I had to mail in for the rebate myself. After ordering year supplies of both NexGuard and HeartGuard, the clinic took care of the rebate for me and I just had to wait for it to arrive in the mail. A $60 rebate is fine by me!”

“They've cared for our pups for a few years, of which we just lost our 16 yr old Dachshund. They did everything they could, but old age won in the end. My biggest fear was him passing in a sterile environment but the room was very comfortable and he was very much at peace. They really went above my expectations and I'm very grateful. Upon receiving his ashes I was so touched and surprised with the package that came with velvet sacks , beautiful box and a paw print mold along with a pet loss hotline pamphlets. They were very kind and understanding in a very sad time.”
“You will not find more caring and passionate veterinarians. Extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Jefferson has been my veterinarian for many years and I can't imagine finding anyone better than him. Dr. Lila Solomon is exceptional. Very informative and caring. Spending as much time as she needs to take care of your horse. I recommend them highly! You would see that they generally care about your animal. They go far beyond the call of duty and that makes me very proud to have them as my doctors for my horse. Litzy is so helpful and she really cares about your problem and gets things done. Erin is such a wonderful and caring person who make you feel she loves what she does.
