This morning, my niece, nephew, and I went to the store before school to buy snacks. The moment I walked in, a white man said, "I will be watching what you guys are doing." We didn't even touch anything and he was already being so aggressive and discriminatory. The police were called on us. We had witnesses who saw what we experienced. The police apologized to us for what we experienced. This store discriminates against minorites. Do not give them your business

called them because I was trying to get some food and then hung up. Man was working late night shift on monday September 25. I hope that the owner fires him because he seemed very very rude and off the drugs.

The one white dude with a reddish beard who works there shorted me on my food because he didn't want to take the extra 2 minutes to make it fresh. Should have gotten 20 tacos but got 16 and still paid for 20.

Went to the location 20 days ago used my passport to buy products. Go in there tonight same White guy very rude now they don't accept "passports" at this location

Bought a full tank of gas from this 7/11 and decided to run to a neighboring store for a quick errand. I was gone for no more than FIVE minutes and when I returned my car was on a tow truck. I had to pay $150 to get it back. They obviously have a tow truck on reserve so they can make fast cash off of unsuspecting customers. Lesson learned I guess. Hope this review helps other paying customers not get taken advantage of.

Worst 711 EVER!!!!! They will tow your vehicle after 20 minutes!!!! Do not go here! We had to pick up our vehicle from a towing company who actually says that they receive multiple calls from this 711. They call if anyone is parked there and they say there is signs not to park there but they had no signs visible. I wasn’t even in Portland Maine for an hour and had my vehicle towed. Be aware!!!

Worst experience ever!!The little rude guatemalan behind the counter emptied my bank card and refused to help fix the problem.. all I wanted was $20 on pump #1. After me standing there irritated with this, he tells me to leave!I've already emailed, and texted through the website multiple times and still THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET FROM 7-11 IS HERE ON GOOGLE REVIEWS! BECAUSE OTHERS CAN SEE.AT 11:50 PM. ON FRIDAY THE 16TH, I WAS ROBBED BY 7-ELEVEN for $33.99!!!

The stringy haired late night guy is the least friendly, most unpleasant service worker I've ever encountered- besides looking physically dirty, he's mean and unhelpful.

Charged me $1.79 for a slice of pepperoni pizza when the price plaque beside it says 1.49+tax. When I questioned the price the guy said the price went up. Female tried to act like I was stealing from them. Rude service. Huge shame because I normally LOVE 7-11 and I'm grateful everytime I find one!
