“Princeton on Back Cove's is the absolute best. The staff is quick to respond and very friendly. Maintenance issues are quickly addressed and tracked online so tenant's know the status of them. When I moved in, the apartment was the cleanest of any apartment or home I have ever occupied - including the appliances and the inside of the cabinets. The grounds are well maintained. Even the basement where the laundry is located is clean and tidy. It is one of the best places I have ever rented! Plus, the views along the Back Cove are spectacular. Highly recommend!”

I’m assuming he’s definitely the same person. Idk, just very fortunate, to have an apartment with them.”

“This was my very first home to call my own for me and my daughters. I remember being 39 weeks pregnant and they were able to get me into an apartment quickly in 2014, which I’m so extremely grateful for. It was so beautiful and perfect. The apartments are still beautiful and always updated, maintenance are always so nice & always working. Everyone in the office has been so amazing, especially Kim & Jeff! My girls loved the access to the playgrounds and they have tons of friends in the neighborhood now. Our neighbors were so sweet and kind. The whole community is so beautiful to walk through in the summer, the landscaping is so beautiful. We stayed here 10 years and we are truly going to miss it and we are so very thankful that housing opportunities like this exist?”
