So I thought: “let me stop by and talk to them.”I went into the store with the broken part and he identified a different, the correct, part that I needed. He explained why he came to that conclusion and I was happy for the expert advice. Apparently my ten minute Google search needed a bit of help from the owner's decades worth of experience.In this era of disposable technology it is wonderful to have a subject matter expert who knows what they are talking about.”

“We went to see selections of bath and shower hardware for our bathroom. We needed a custom size shower and wanted something better than Home Cheapo or Lowe's. This was a very nice two floor display of different fixtures from the basic to the sublime. We were able to order what we needed and our plumber picked it up two weeks later. Don't go if you're looking for cheap. It's been over a year and the shower continues to satisfy our needs. Service was excellent.”

“Had two kind, very professional, and good humored men deliver my appliances up in Berlin NH this morning. I was filled with anxiety due to the tight area my dryer was going into and the fact that the workers werent from my local shop, they just laughed and eased any of my concern in all areas. They got the appliances in place, hooked up, and running for me. They called me to let me know when they'd be here, was on time, and made it a breeze. These men drove up in a snow storm, made it on time, and made a huge impression. All in all? Incredible service, installation, and people.”
