I wore my headphones for my own music :)The receptionist was very kind and the sweet woman that went over my estimate treatment plan knowing I was in pain very compassionate and caring I was seen by Sheena Jane Mead very patient kind and gentle after my last experience with another dentist 3 1/2 years ago all the staff took away my fear of dentist !Thank you aspen dental on Brighton ave.portland for taking me in walk-in emergency I more than appreciate it now I can move forward!

I did have to wait for quite some time in the waiting room for the dental hygienists to be ready, so that was about 15 to 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment.However, I was treated with dignity and respect by all the hygienists and doctors who helped me that day. I’m terrible with names, so I don’t recall who, but all three Aspen staff were kind, informative, and to the point about the care I needed.Plus, they have a great overhead sound system and music at the Brighton Ave location. ?

I want to take a minute to thank Dr Oaks n Mrs Oaks and all the staff for fantastic job they did making my husband dentures.the process was fast and they look amazing.now he has beautiful smile.we couldn't be happier. Thanks again.keep up good work.

I usually do not leave reviews but…….Do not seek dental care here, they are scammers. They code things so you have to pay out of pocket because insurance will not cover. They tell you that you need extra services that you don’t, i.e. - up sell.

The dentist and assistants were great but the lady in charge of billing lied to me about what my insurance would cover. Told me Endodontist dont except any insurance. Lie. I left there called my actual dentist office and they are referring me to in network provider. You cant lie to patients just so they get work done at Aspen. Will never step foot in that place again.

first of all I hate writing reviews however I had too for this place. I have been going to the south Portland location for the last 5 years I transferred from South Portland to this location due to convenience back in August of 2023. it's December the 8th 2023 and yet have had anything. I booked multiple appointment and non of them were kept due to their "stuffing". Anyway My appointment suppose to be the 14th of December again cancelled. My only question is why accept new patient if you don't got the approbate stuffing. Anyway I guess I have to go back to the South Portland Location.

Went in about 3 yrs ago for a tooth extraction and had the worst experience. The guy who pulled my tooth was very rude and aggressive. He ripped my gums open across 2 other teeth which was more painful than the extraction was and took a very long time to heal. Definitely not the experience I was expecting considering how much I had to pay. Next time I will opt in for the sedative if they don't charge an arm and a leg for it! I pay out of pocket.

I can’t say enough good things about this office! The entire staff was so kind, and compassionate. I’m thrilled that, together with the Dr, we came up with a solid game plan to restore and keep my teeth. I’m even more pleased (and grateful) that they helped me find an easy and affordable way to pay, since my insurance isn’t accepted here.Pretty awesome that I feel confident and comfortable going to the dentist again!
