Our associate Ryan was so very helpful, despite a terrible flaw in the AT&T system that was not allowing for processing of a new phone upgrade. He was so patient, has exceptional customer service skills and made sure we left satisfied with adding an additional line and device to our plan. He was personable and made us feel welcome despite the hiccups I usually find in a wireless store when making a large change. Kudos to Ryan, he’s a genuine and considerate employee.

Everything about my visit was a 5. Ryan my sales associate created me immediately upon entering the store. He quickly assessed my needs and showed me the products that would meet them. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. He made my visit very pleasant and speedy. I love my new IPhone 15. He was also able to reduce my current bill by $40. Yeah!!!

I have consistently found the service provided by Vy and Vishal at 63 Marginal Way store to be exemplary. Each visit is met with the unwavering commitment to ensure the complete satisfaction prior to departure. The professionalism significantly surpasses that which I have experienced other establishments, including Verizon and T-Mobile. It is for this reason that I exclusively patronize this location and have no inclination to seek service elsewhere.

Eric is fantastic. I truly feel that I'm being respected and spoken to honestly when going over account details, and options, with him. He is always eager to help and has a great aura of calm and graciousness about him.

Eric is an amazing gentleman. Patient, funny, smart, knowledgeable (about not just AT&T). He made the process easy, fun, educational. He also said "I'm not sure..." a couple of times and looked something up. I respect that. A great experience. I'm a proud AT&T customer now (long time Verizon fyi)

Vi, probably the most unprofessional salesman. Was very disrespectful and told me to leave the store after saying he couldn’t call the manager who sold me my phone.
